Account Deletion

How to delete your account and data

If you would like to delete your PowerPadel account and all associated data, you can do so using either of the methods below.

Option 1 — Delete in the app

  1. Open the PowerPadel app
  2. Go to your Profile
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm when prompted

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you no longer have access to the app, email us at info@powerpadel.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 days.
