• City — used to help match you with nearby players and courts.

• Date of birth (optional) — used to incorporate age into player ranking and skill scoring calculations.

We may also collect non-personal technical data such as device type, operating system version, and in-app activity logs to help us maintain and improve the service. This data cannot be used to identify you directly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to provide and improve the PowerPadel service. Specifically, your data is used to:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Display your profile to other players within the app.
• Match you with other players based on location, skill level, and availability.
• Send you notifications about matches, updates, and app activity (where you have opted in).
• Respond to your support requests or enquiries.
• Analyse anonymised, aggregated usage patterns to improve app features and performance.
• Factor age into player ranking and skill score calculations.
